Map issue with release 4.7.8 under windows 10

When reading this it came to my mind that I recently changed s.th. in
the MXE build script related to building the googlemaps plugin:
https://github.com/Subsurface-divelog/subsurface/commit/bb922e8db27bb462c3c92cb11e71f1ccdbe6f401

May this be the cause for the missing plugin in the one installer?
