OSTC3+ failing to connect

Trying to download or configure dive computer gives a red bar down the
bottom says: Unsupported Operation and 

 

Tried official 4.81 and then latest git continuous build with the same
results.

 

Red bar down the bottom says: Unsupported Operation and from the cmd prompt
using -vvv:
