OSTC3+ failing to connect

You're sure this is after 0c8f122d1f1fe39871321836b9c479c53700d264 ?

I fixed bt connections to all OSTC3's there.

I would say so it’s the latest travis build done 23 hours ago.

I thought your fix made it into the 4.8.1 release build but wasn't 100% sure so that’s why I also tried the travis continuous  build as well.
