Now the selection dialogs works, and I've found what broke all libusb
based communication and sent a PR.

Now I have working ftdi and libusb based downloads for both my OSTC3 and
Suunto Eon Steel.


Spoiler. For 6-7 dives on the Eon Steel its about a bazillion times
faster.
