Show calculated ceiling: Doesn't seem to change irrelevant what settings I use

Logged to GitHub. The default template on GitHub also helped me to provide
more info. 4.8.1 works fine on macOS (I think 4.8.2 is fine too but can't
100% confirm yet) whereas 4.8.3 displays the bug on both Windows and macOS
so not an OS related bug.
