my config command line is:
configure -developer-build -opensource -nomake examples -nomake tests
-no-opengl -no-qml-debug -skip qtwebengine

after accepting the license i see:

Qt Bluetooth:
  BlueZ .................................. no
  BlueZ Low Energy ....................... no
  Linux Crypto API ....................... no
  WinRT Bluetooth API (desktop & UWP) .... no

at this point i run the above CMD file to build QtConnectivity.

my GCC is:
gcc version 5.3.0 (i686-posix-dwarf-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project)
