And of course the adapter is in fact on and in the Windows settings I see both of
the BLE dive computers that I have sitting next to me right now...


If you want to play with my binary, there are currently two on downloads/test

The -90 is the test binary for 4.8.3 with unmodified Bluetooth libraries
The -91 is the one with your branch of QtBluetooth
