Mark dives as invalid (was Re: Questions about obscure preferences)

At this moment, I delete the pool dives. Marking them as invalid (and automatically renumber subsequent dives???) would be a nice feature. 

Pool sessions will be downloaded from my computer, since I use it in the pool (at least, the Cressi watch model).
