replacement android tablet for subsurface ftdi download

Kindle Fire HDX 3rd gen is the latest model that supports custom firmwares (LineageOS, Google Play Store, etc.), and that doesn't support USB-OTG.  The newer generations may have the hardware, but are locked down.
