No, my initial propose had Site name, Location and Country.  But I got so
much opposition from even mentioning anything resembling a taxonomy, so my
proposal (that you pasted in the OP)  is stripped down dive site database
proposal with only Site name & GPS.  It is a bare bones thing that all
other fanciness could build upon :)
