Subsurface 4.8.5 and Subsurface-mobile 2.1.6 soon

Yeah, this is all taking a lot longer than I hoped. Being on the road has
its downsides.

No, I haven't been able to draft those announcements and push them to
Transifex. I'll try really hard to do that today.

Right now I'm having small issues with APK signing that are slowing me
down...
