Indeed that was the problem. Uploaded a new DMG, same URL as above.
Weirdly, on the only other Mac I have access to right now while traveling
(that one is on Mojave) the app on the DMG doesn't open, even though
codesign says it is correctly signed. Directly executing the Subsurface
binary inside the bundle works.

Robert (and everyone else running a mac), can you please
(a) check that new DMG and make sure it doesn't crash for the user manual
(b) try and help me figure out why this gets rejected (assuming that
happens for you as well)?
