There is a tool to import the .slg file to subsurface's .xml format.

This is the link to the latest Travis's build, assuming you are on Windows.
Tips: Make a backup copy of your current subsurface divelog before doing
the import, just in case ... Do not delete your .slg file, libdivecomputer
library is under development and in the future the import may include some
features currently not supported.
