Feedback Subsurface-mobile 2.2.3 (4.9.3.258) for iOS

I'm about a third into a redo of the dive list on mobile. First results are extremely promising from a performance perspective.
I will fix that spacing issue as well. Given travel schedules and other things (like that pesky day job) it may take a few more days
