Building test version of subsurface on Mac

So I found that there was a bug in my scripts and I am trying to fix that (but am struggling a bit with oddities in how the GitHub actions deal with files that are folders. I should have that fixed soon so that in the future there will again be Subsurface.app.zip files as part of the releases.
