Bug error

Hello
when i transfert date from aladin pro uwatek, at the finish to transfert no possibility to click on the finish button to exit to operation, and the computer sub enter in loop to show all dives, beep,beep continuos, end of this situation only disconnect the interface cable. All Dives are transferred not the last syncronized, this situation whith last update, whith the precedent update import only last dives correctly but was very difficoltano do do it, when the cable was connected an attivate the transfert from computer it’s enter in loop that show the log dives ed play beeps...
I using data transfert cable whit aladin pro, mac book pro 15” whith Catalina embebbed but it was the same with Sierra) and last update of subsurface.
However great software,
