Random milestones

Not that it means anything, but as of today there are 16000 commits in the Subsurface master branch.

And as of a few days ago, Berthold is the third contributor surpassing 1000 commits, with Miika and Linus just before that (meaningless) threshold.

And as of Tuesday Pedro is the 14th contributor I've met in person :-)
