He can't. OBS builds are semi-automatically triggered by merges into
master - for reasons I haven't figured out so far, I often have to
manually nudge them to get started.

Berthold has created a Pull Request for others to review - those do NOT
trigger OBS or Launchpad builds - only GitHub Action builds
