Just submitted .121 to both beta tracks

- better / easier to read passive notification (more opaque, slightly higher on the screen) - thanks Steve
- fixed title color for context menu - thanks Salvador
- fixed credentials screen
- fixed drop downs on download page
- fixed number of dives and placeholder text for filter

After pushing that release I noticed that the combo boxes on the dive edit screen were still wrong. So I'll deal with that next.

Please keep testing and point out what else is off.
