There are a lot of things you could have told us to help us help you.

- which version of Subsurface?
- which OS version?
- what port setting did you try? i.e., which options were offered in the 'Device or mount point' drop down?
- when you tried downloading, were there any error messages?

You mention an "Apple USB dongle". What exactly is that?

The adapter does show a red light saying that there is a connection to the Mac. But within Subsurface, after finding the Puck Pro, we are not able to find the correct port to find the PuckPro. We tried all the options that the Mac version of Subsurface offered. Do you have any suggestions to help make the connection between the Mac and Puck Pro.
