On Windows you can do the following:

 

- start Subsurface, try synchronizing with the cloud (i.e., reproduce the error)

- quit Subsurface

- find two files subsurface_out.log and subsurface_err.log in AppData\Roaming\Subsurface\

 

Attach these to files to a response to this message

Not really now what you mean with “run from a terminal”

Tried a lot of things, deleting subsurface, restart windows, create new log file.

Nothing helps, keeps the same problem.

Trying to connect with cloud, successful. Synchronizing gives error.

On my android, subsurface deleted, installed again, connection cloud successful, reading dives successful.

So “only” on my desktop (W10) it fails synchronizing.

It's hard for me to provide individual support for every user, so I'm copying the developer list in order for other developer to be able to comment as well.

 

This looks like an issue with creating the local cache of the cloud storage on your computer.

 

Can you run Subsurface from a terminal, replicate the error, capture the output, and send this to us?

Hi, Thnks for support, unfortunately I still have problems with saving/opening the divelogfile from the cloud.

See att. 

1 , after saving the file I get the error as shown in “save error ssrf”

2 , while opening the file I get the error as shown in “open error ssrf”
