releasing Subsurface-mobile 3.0

[Hartley Horwitz]

Hold off a bit.  Immediately after posting this, I closed Subsurfce,
restarted with the idea of creating a log report, and I can't reproduce the
issue.  Cancel works quite well. Scratching my head.
