towards 4.9.4

Yay,

The last outstanding fix (that I am aware of at this time) just went in.
Binaries for 4.9.3.1546 (or newer) should be available in the usual spots fairly soon.

As I mentioned a few minutes ago, I'm still hoping for some more translations, and of course for a lot more testing, and assuming nothing major comes up will cut a release tomorrow.

If there's something that I'm missing, please let me know :-)
