RFC: Statistics in Subsurface

Dirk:

Is something like this what you had in mind? I kind of like your 
reasoning in what concerns the workflow:

1. Select:

1.1 select variables;

1.2. select grouping;

1.3. select granularity;

2. Filter dives based on selected criteria;

3. Calculate stats;

4. Display results based on chosen stats.

Is this what you have in mind, or am I missing it?
