One thing that often goes wrong after a distro upgrade with new Qt version is that people rebuild Subsurface, but not the other libs.
Can you remove the install-root directory, as well as the build directories under googllemaps and grantee
Then run the build.sh script again to ensure those libraries are rebuilt against the current Qt version
