Windows 32 and 64 bit

The last 32-bit mainstream Intel processor was a 2002 era Pentium-4,
right?  AMD switched earlier.

I'm thinking the overlap is probably higher than you think.  A lot of
people with plenty of disposable income have stopped using PCs
entirely, switching entirely to tablets and phones.  There really
weren't many viable options in that space back in 2002, hence a
traditional PC.

My gut tells me that these same individuals are likely using
phones/tablets most of the time, however.  The chances of one of those
Windows users having only a 32-bit only PC and no compatible
phone/tablet is likely vanishingly small.  As long as that device
works on mobile, it's probably a non-issue, provided advance notice is
given.
