Windows 32 and 64 bit

And that's the crux.
At least on iOS you cannot download from a Garmin Descent - we have no way to support BLE downloads for those.
I'm trying to figure out if an Android USB download would be feasible. I doubt it, but I haven't even looked if there is any MTP initiator support on modern Android.
