Subsurface 4.9.6 will not start under BigSur

Hi

I tried the DMG below on macOS 10.15.6 and it seems to work, i.e installed in Applications without the need to go through security preferences (and no complains). Tried the installation in /Applications and also for a local user (non admin) in ~/Applications both worked out fine and Subsurface launched without problem. Tried to do some basic testing by importing and register new dives and so far no issues. I see if I can get some time to download and install Big Sur to do some more testing
