4.9.7 - getting ready

The translation comment below was focused on the announcement - where we don't have a Romanian translation.

But sine you mentioned the overall translations... I am humbled and awed by the amount of work that has gone into getting us to the best space EVER when it comes to that:

14 languages at 95+%

Truly, truly impressive.
