The problem is that my comment made no sense.

You were testing the mobile version.
And the feature that I was talking about is only available on the desktop.

I am doing too many things at the same time - and staring at the desktop version while I review a PR and responding to a comment about the mobile version at the same time clearly was too much for my brain...
