Translations

Hi Everyone and especially all of our translators!

With the two latest big PRs merged, I decided to push the new strings to Transifex. I doubt this will be the final list of strings before the next major releases, but this should contain the vast majority of the new text that I expect - almost 200 new strings (but most of them trivial).

We don't have release dates, yet, for the next versions. This all needs a lot more testing, updates to the user manuals, new screenshots, etc. But maybe this is a great time to get started on the translations so that things aren't as rushed as we get closer to releasing Subsurface 5 and Subsurface-mobile 3.2
