Sorry, you're right !! I try to explain the problem (sorry for my English!) -

Operating system window 10.

Subsurface vers 4.9.7

I was able to download  dives until November – (I had to try several times but in the end I was able to download them). Lately I can't.  Error message says "error importing dive data" -

I tried to update program through your site but impossible  (see  photo enclosed)
