Removing all gps features

I suspect it should be removed, and hope that people who want the
functionality should try to integrate better with some gpx tracker app
instead (or strava, or something like that - but we already have some
support for gpx, don't we?).

The gpx import is a desktop thing right now, and I don't know how some
kind of cross-app data transfer would work on mobile, but it smells
like the right approach to me.

Of course, with Garmin natively giving me GPS information for dives,
I'm no longer personally affected, so this is all "somebody else needs
to care".
