US cloud server issues

Hi Everyone,

The cloud service provider I use for the cloud storage servers had a catastrophic process failure this morning and assigned the established IP address of our US server to a different host and disconnected the US cloud server from the internet.

I expect that this will be invisible to most if not all of you because Subsurface should automatically fall back to the EU server (and that's the default server for just over half of our users, anyway). But just in case you see odd warnings or errors - that's what's going on.

The new IP address for ssrf-cloud-us.subsurface-divelog.org is 192.18.133.111 - I have updated DNS but unfortunately this was supposed to be a permanently assigned address, so the timeout for that value in DNS is set to 24h - so you may still get back the old address for another 23+h...
