share dive log XML on mobile

Here's a new feature for people to play with.

The mobile apps can now share divelog files (and dive site list) as XML via email.
The iOS one is approved already, the Android one should be soon (still waiting).

I'd love to get some testing on this (and some code review: https://github.com/subsurface/subsurface/pull/3508 <https://github.com/subsurface/subsurface/pull/3508>)
