These have all been asked for before and the answer then was no, I don’t think anything has changed since.

Want to keep a record of your diving insurance? Keep it on your computer/phone.
Want to keep a record of your certification? Take photos of the cards and keep on your computer/phone.
Need to keep a record of your equipment for servicing? Make a spreadsheet.
