Problems Downloading

I have a suunto eon steel dive computer.  I have successfully used your
software in the past but am having a problem now.  When I connect my dive
computer to my computer the import from dive computer tab shows the
computer manufacturer (Suunto) and the dive computer (EON Steel black) but
the Device or Mount Point is grayed out and therefore I am unable to
connect to the software.  I have searched but cannot find a resolution.
Any help would be appreciated.  Tom
