PROBLEM IMPORTING FROM ALADIN SPORT MATRIX AFTER FIRMWARE UPDATE

Good morning,

as written in subject, after the 2.1 Firmware update on my Aladin sport 
Matrix, I'll become unable to download data from the computer to 
Subsurface. Your software recognizes the Dive computer but wen it starts 
importing: error.

How can I help you? Is it something known or a new error for you?
