quick hack to fix update check service

Hi!

Also ich würde als Nutzer so etwas einfacher finden und bevorzugen:

"Eine neue Version ist verfügbar.
Subsurface-5.0.10 kann hier heruntergeladen werden."

Subsurface-5.0.10 ist dann die neu verfügbare Version
und "hier heruntergeladen werden" wäre der Link zur Download Seite.
