XCCR with Petrel3 HP sensors missing data

Hi,

Last December Shearwater fixed an issue on the Petrel3 that put a lot of gas changes in the dive log. This prevented from Subsurface / libdivecomputer to even download the log from the Petrel. After I was able to download the logs, I noticed that the HP sensors were not included as they were in the Shearwater application. Jef has been so kind to commit a change that solves this in libdivecomputer (https://github.com/libdivecomputer/libdivecomputer/commit/78373d827be59ade15446c74ad660580fb04de73). All pressure data is now included the libdivecomputer log (two HP sensors and the transmitters in my case) as you can see in the attached output.

I loaded it into subsurface, corrected the tank sizes and gas content. Unfortunately it seems there are a few issues when looking at it in Subsurface itself (and the data in the ssrf). The patch was also included in the latest Subsurface nightly and I tried to import the dives directly, but I’m seeing the same issues with these dives (and newer ones).

- On some (dives 2,3 and 5) of the dives the O2 sensor appears to be missing (or at least one of the HP sensors). See screenshots.
- On the dives it seems that only the start and end pressure data is available for one of the HP sensors. E.g in dive5 I only see one sample/entry with the pressure of tank2 and no entry for tank3. I guess this is the cause for the “missing" sensor.

- The gas usage in the graph is not plotted correctly, while the start and end pressures are correct (see screenshot). I guess this is the result of the above.

Is this me doing something wrong or Subsurface not being able to handle pressure data for multiple tanks at the same time? In the past I’ve done dives with 4 transmitters and this seems to be available in the log and plotted correctly (when the tanks are assigned to the right sensor). I would expect to see something similar when I would import a dive from my Petrel3.
