There are taxonomies for everything <br>
The most obvious is the location taxonomy but there are tags collections for animals plants everything.<br>
In that case tags have a structured level:<br>
Italy is not the same as Rome.<br>
Mammal is not the same as dolphin and cetacea.<br>
You have different sets of tags organized Ina taxonomy and you are free to use what you need</p>
