Subject: [PATCH 2/2] [PATCH] User manual updates.<br>
<br>
1) Put table of contents as a column on the left-hand side of
the page<br>
instead of as part of the user manual text.<br>
2) Correct a some typoss.<br>
3) Add three sentences to the Bluetooth download section to deal
with<br>
Bluetooth Pass Codes.<br>

<div class="moz-text-flowed" style="font-family: -moz-fixed;
font-size: 12px;" lang="x-unicode">This time I checked the patch
file before submitting.......<br>
<br>
I would highly appreciate some feedback about the way the table of
contents has been
<br>
arranged. I have no idea whether this will appeal to the usual
user of the manual. I cannot
<br>
find a way to adjust the width of the column containing the table
of contents. If this arrangement
<br>
is acceptable, I will shorten some of the headings where possible.

Kind regards,
