So the vertical size is bigger than your physical screen size. I was able to download the appimage, made it executable. Double
clicking the file in the file browser did not work, so I tried
./Subsurface-4.5.3-x86_64.AppImage from a terminal:<br class="">

Please note the Acer Aspire is only 32-bit, while ifound on the
