I struggled with a standard Perdix, now have an AI version and haven’t been successful at all.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Just to note, the download to the Shearwater apps and desktops work flawlessly with both.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I figured out that with the standard version I had to assign a port name (COM 4) to the Bluetooth connection. Not needed with Shearwater software. But that doesn’t work with the AI version. I tried to use the Bluetooth connect in the download screen and it says there is insufficient privilege. When using COM4 with the AI version it locks up the program. I have to use the end task from task manager to force it down.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Using WIN 10 on two separate machines, a standard desktop PC and a MS Surface tablet.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Any help appreciated.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Erik Coplin<o:p></o:p></p></div></body></html>
