There were some other problems (I needed to trick cmake a bit to do what I want) and I cannot recall how the documentation problem was circumvented (I am pretty sure I did not really solve it) in the end.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Best</div><div class="">Robert</div></div></div></body></html>
