One more comment about the overall ICD info idea here:<br>
In your last version (see GitHub PR) you now also added dpN<sub>2</sub><br>
I also like this and it follows Antons suggestion on the ML. He
was saying some may consider dpInert also as important.<br>
What I would try to do in terms of layout (and check if we finally
like it or not):<br>
Add dpN<sub>2</sub> and also dpHe but stack it into the same table
cell as dN<sub>2</sub>% and also dHe%:<br>

With respect to the above suggestions, two points.<br>

1) dInert% and dpInert (bar) have no meaning with respect to ICD
because ICD is due to unbalanced choices of gas WITHIN the inert
gases that make up the trimix. dpInert is simply the dpO2 that has
no meaning with respect to ICD. I am always open to be convinced,
but I strongly argue that dpInert would not contribute at all to the
ICD information.<br>

2) I have sympathy with the two-line suggestion in the table above,
but we would need a way to separate the groups of two lines so that
it is clear which two lines belong together. I can control this with
a <br>
<pre class="default prettyprint prettyprinted" style=""><code><span class="atn">style</span><span class="pun">=</span><span class="atv">"</span><span class="kwd">height</span><span class="pun">:</span><span class="lit">15px</span><span class="pun">;</span><span class="atv">"</span></code></pre>
but this is notoriously unstable in IE.<br>
