Subsurface companion app and webservice

I would consider the current implementations mostly "proof of concept" -
that is not to denigrate the work by Pierre and Aurélien but an
assessment of how complete and stable these implementations are.

What is missing:

- I'm sure there are a million things we could add to the companion app,
  but the biggest challenge is to get the auth token into the
  application
- the Subsurface app doesn't talk to this webservice, yet

Any volunteers to help with either of these projects? Oh, and eventually
we'll need an iPhone app as well :-)
