for some of these i'm 100% sure.
so yes, for cyrillic (which includes russian).
some also have plural forms if we have to be more accurate. :\

CuFt = кб.фут (p. кб.футa)
pascal = паскал (p. паскала)
bar = бар (p. бара)
m = м
l = л
кг = кг

these two i'm not 100% sure about for both russian and bulgarian:
psi = PSI ?
lbs = паунда ?
