Missing XSLT transform for Suunto DM xml exports?

I'm unable to import dives/Dive_2013-02-02-1614.xml, and there are no 
error messages.  Maybe we're missing an XSLT transform?

$ ./subsurface -vvv dives/Dive_2013-02-02-1614.xml
