i'm guessing that's the answer for divelogs.de:

but if it so it means that divelogs.de runs on a Windows machine,
because it possibly needs the SQL CE runtime.
from the PHP class file from above link for ADO, there the following
entry: Microsoft.SQLSERVER.CE.OLEDB.[VER]...

here is an untested, free tool that claims to convert between formats
